Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us using the contact us page, email or via message to our facebook page to discuss the return.
We will offer a full refund for items returned within 14 days of receipt of goods (with the following exceptions) and in an unused and resalable condition. Items will be refunded at the purchase price paid at the time of order.
Exceptions: Bespoke orders made to individual customer specifications cannot be returned unless faulty.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items will be refunded when the item is received and inspected for faults, if found to be faulty a refund including reimbursement for postage costs will be issued via the original payment method. We will only cover the cost for the cheapest postage method, please contact us for details of the courier service we use for best value.
Pre order products will be dispatched when made which can take a maximum of 4 weeks from order date. Ready to ship stock will be dispatched within 24 hours of order.
Cozie Couches and Cozie Comfy Couches are dispatched to UK addresses using Collect+ parcel service. Cozie Cones and Cozie Coats are dispatched using Royal Mail. Please select the most appropriate postage option at the checkout.
It is the buyers responsibility to be available for the delivery or collection of products.
